Can I send my order as a gift?
Definitely! Many of our products make beautiful gifts. While we don’t currently offer gift wrap, your item will arrive without pricing details. You can ship it directly to your recipient — just use their address at checkout.
Do you offer personalized or custom items?
Yes, select items (like mugs, totes, and jewelry) can be customized! Check the product page for personalization options. If you have a specific request, don’t hesitate to contact me — I love creating meaningful pieces.
Can I include a gift note?
We don’t currently offer printed gift notes, but you’re welcome to reach out right after ordering, and we’ll see what we can do to add a special message.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because our items are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect. If that’s the case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We begin processing quickly, so please email us ASAP (Within 12 hours) if you need to make changes. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our items are made-to-order, which means we create them just for you! Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping time varies depending on your location:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your country.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
How should I care for my apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts)?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low or air-drying for best results. This helps preserve the quality of the print and fabric.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
I use high quality, hypoallergenic metals such as surgical stainless steel, gold filled PVD, which does no tarnish or fade, and sterling silver.
I also use very high quality precious and semi-precious stones, glass, polymer clay and resin. Please see the description, which varies for each listing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure checkout options available through Shopify.
Why was my payment declined?
Double-check that your billing address matches your card info. If that doesn’t work, try another payment method or contact your bank.
Can I use a discount code after placing an order?
Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at checkout and can’t be added retroactively. If you’re having trouble with a code, reach out before placing your order!
My order shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Please double-check your address, mailbox, and neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to locate it or resolve the issue.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no — we’ve got your back. Please email us at orangemoonsart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
